Hampsted House

Two interlocking volumes link the existing house with an undercroft garden room.  The convergence of these two volumes creates a double height library serving a day room/studio at the upper level and a breakfast room on the lower level.  The lower level links to a relocated kitchen area within the existing house and spills out onto a new garden terrace replacing an existing brick extension.
